Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for Poland, the EU and UK, and within 30 days for US orders.

Items must be unused, clean, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Woofchild does not cover or refund return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund where applicable.

The return period is determined by the date the parcel is actually handed over to the carrier. Creating a return label or registering a return does not count as sending the return.

Before returning your order, contact returns@woofchild.com for return instructions and the return address.

Refunds are issued after the returned items have been received and inspected. Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
