Woofchild Returns in Poland

If you wish to return a product, you can do it in two ways:


1. Via InPost “Quick Returns”

This is the most convenient way to return your Woofchild products.
You don’t have to pay when sending the parcel – a PLN 20.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
This amount corresponds to the lowest available shipping method and reflects the actual cost of returning the parcel.

How to return your order via InPost Quick Returns:

1. PACK THE PRODUCTS YOU WANT TO RETURN
Place the completed return form (included in your shipment) and proof of purchase inside the parcel.
Make sure the items are properly secured for transport.

2. CREATE YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT
Go to the InPost Quick Returns website, select “Woofchild,” fill in the online form, and generate your return label.

3. SEND THE PARCEL FROM A LOCKER OR INPOST POINT
Drop off your parcel easily — just scan the return code at any InPost locker or partner point.

4. WAIT FOR YOUR REFUND
Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.


2. Standard Return (at your own cost)

If you do not wish to use InPost Quick Returns, please contact us via email before returning the product:

You will receive the return address automatically in reply.

How to return your order:

1. Fill out the return form included in your package.
2. Pack the products securely, including the invoice or receipt and the completed return form.
3. Send the parcel at your own cost – we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.

We do not accept parcels:

  • sent cash on delivery (COD),

  • sent to parcel lockers,

  • or via Poczta Polska (Polish Post).


Return Conditions

  • You have 14 calendar days from receiving your parcel to make a return.

  • Returned products must be unused, clean, free of scents or signs of wear.

  • All tags and labels must remain intact.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, but after returning some items the total order value falls below the free shipping threshold, the standard delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days, although we strive to complete them as quickly as possible.

  • If there is any doubt about the condition of the returned item, the final decision will be made by Woofchild’s team after inspection.

  • Woofchild is not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged in transit, or sent without proper identification (e.g., missing return form).

  • Please keep your proof of shipment until your return is processed.

Important: Only returns that can be clearly identified - i.e. those including a correctly filled return form - will be processed.

Woofchild Returns Policy - European Union

You may return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
Returned products must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs — Woofchild does not cover or refund shipping fees for returned parcels.
We also do not refund the original delivery cost paid at checkout.

If your order qualified for free shipping, but after returning some items the total order value falls below the free shipping threshold, the standard delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Woofchild is not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged in transit, or sent without proper identification (e.g. missing return form).
Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Woofchild Returns Policy - United Kingdom

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, according to the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Returned items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and Woofchild does not refund shipping charges (either the original delivery cost or the cost of sending the return).

If your order qualified for free shipping, but after returning items the total order value drops below the free shipping threshold, the standard delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Woofchild is not liable for parcels that are lost, damaged, or unidentifiable.
Please retain your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.

Woofchild Returns Policy - United States

You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and Woofchild does not refund shipping fees (neither the original delivery cost nor the return shipping).

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Woofchild is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

If your order included free shipping, but after returning items the total value falls below the free shipping threshold, the standard delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
